Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5 business days but usually sooner. Orders will only be shipped on business days due to shipping company hours. Should your order be delayed due to high volume of orders or situations out of our control, you will receive an email with a notification.

Due to shipping company issues, we do not currently ship to Canada.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We do not ship to P.O. boxes and orders above $750 will require signature on delivery.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number to your PayPal email.
Customs, duties, and taxes
The Latest Drops is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
The Latest Drops is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
International orders outside the United States will be dealt with on a case-per-case basis. For Chinese buyers, please contact us via WeChat.
We do not access returns and will not issue refunds once and item has been sent out. This applies if you changed your mind. Requests for refunds before the order is processed and shipped out will be dealt with on a case-per-case basis. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
